Terms of Use

PREAMBLE

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MetEngine, including any third-party services ("Third-Party Services") and integrations ("Integrations") accessible through the platform. By using MetEngine, whether as an individual or on behalf of an entity, you ("you", "your", or "User") agree to these Terms as a binding agreement between you and MetEngine ("we", "our", or "Company"). These Terms also incorporate by reference any related policies or documents made available by the Company.

MetEngine is available via Telegram (BOT) and the website, each of which may be subject to distinct Terms of Service as amended from time to time.

By accessing or using MetEngine, you consent to these Terms.

Any losses incurred through the use of the bot or our services are solely your responsibility. You acknowledge that no claims or compensation can be made in this regard.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When changes are made, we will update the "last updated" date and notify you through www.docs.metengine.xyz and MetEngine’s official social channels (e.g., Discord). Your continued use of MetEngine after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately stop using MetEngine.

We do not have custody over your assets or access to your private keys and cannot initiate transfers or otherwise access your crypto assets. Neither we nor our service providers are brokers, intermediaries, agents, advisors, or custodians.

By using MetEngine, you accept full and exclusive responsibility for all interactions with the platform.

You further acknowledge that the Company is not a custodian of your crypto assets and is not a counterparty to any transactions initiated through MetEngine.

These acknowledgments include recognition of the inherent risks associated with using MetEngine’s services. Users are advised to proceed with caution.

1. MetEngine Features

1.1 Overview

MetEngine is a Telegram bot that enables users to provide liquidity ("LP") on the Meteora platform within the Solana network through a Telegram interface. The Company reserves the right to add or remove features at any time without prior notice.

1.2 Initialization

Before using MetEngine, you must create an inbuilt Solana wallet using the /start command. This wallet will be used for liquidity provision. Currently, the only bot available on Telegram is @met_engine_bot.

1.5 MetEngine Wallet

The private key to your MetEngine Wallet remains in your self-custodied possession. You are solely responsible for securely storing your private key and any associated passwords ("Security Credentials").

We do not have access to your Security Credentials or crypto assets. We cannot recover, restore, or retrieve them. You acknowledge that the integrity and security of your assets depend on your device and your maintenance of those credentials.

2. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

2.1 About the User

By using MetEngine, you represent and warrant that:

• You are acting:
  • On your own behalf, with full authority over the crypto assets used, which are free from encumbrances, or
  • On behalf of a third party under a valid legal agreement that authorizes you to act using their crypto assets. You have conducted all necessary due diligence per applicable laws, including anti-money laundering regulations.
• You are of legal age and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
• You are not a resident or citizen of any Restricted Jurisdiction as defined in these Terms.
• You and your assets are not subject to sanctions or regulatory restrictions.
• You comply with all relevant tax obligations.
• You understand and accept the risk of complete loss from using the network.
• You will not engage in market manipulation, insider trading, or unfair trading practices.
• You will not use MetEngine for unlawful activities, including money laundering or terrorism financing.
• You will not use MetEngine to support or fund criminal or illegal activities.
