- Verify you’re on
polymarket.com,app.meteora.ag, orapp.hyperliquid.xyz - Wait for the page to fully load
- Hard refresh the page (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R)
- Check your session is active (click the MetEngine icon in the toolbar)

- Click Log in in the side panel. A new tab should open to
app.metengine.xyz/purchase - Connect your wallet and sign the transaction
- Return to the extension side panel. It may take a few seconds to detect the session
- If the side panel still shows the login screen, close and reopen it
- If the issue persists, try in an incognito window or contact support on Discord

- Check that browser notifications are enabled for the extension (Chrome Settings > Privacy and Security > Site Settings > Notifications)
- Verify you have at least one watched wallet with the toggle turned on
- Confirm your subscription includes the Notifications feature
- On macOS, check System Settings > Notifications > Chrome is allowed
How many wallets can I watch?
How many wallets can I watch?
Up to 10 wallet addresses across all three platforms (Polymarket, Hyperliquid, Meteora). Manage them in the side panel Wallets tab. You can toggle individual wallets on/off without removing them.

Where do I enable or disable specific features?
Click the MetEngine icon in your toolbar, then open Settings. Every feature has its own toggle. You can also enable/disable features per protocol. Your preferences are saved automatically.
