  1. Verify you’re on polymarket.com, app.meteora.ag, or app.hyperliquid.xyz
  2. Wait for the page to fully load
  3. Hard refresh the page (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R)
  4. Check your session is active and you have required plan.
  1. Click Log in in the side panel. A new tab opens to app.metengine.xyz/purchase
  2. Sign in with your wallet or X (Twitter) and complete the connection
  3. Return to the extension side panel. It should reflect in 2-3 seconds to detect the session
  4. If the side panel still shows the login screen, close and reopen it
  5. If the issue persists, contact support on Telegram
  1. Make sure you signed in with X (Twitter) or connected X to your existing account
  2. The trial activates automatically for 2 days after connecting X
  3. If features still show as locked, try logging out and back in
  4. Contact support on Telegram if the issue persists
Chrome, Brave, Edge, and Opera.
  1. Check that browser notifications are enabled for the extension (Chrome Settings > Privacy and Security > Site Settings > Notifications)
  2. Verify you have at least one watched wallet with the toggle turned on
  3. Confirm your subscription includes the Notifications feature
  4. On macOS, check System Settings > Notifications > Chrome is allowed
Click the MetEngine icon in your toolbar, then open Settings. Every feature has its own toggle. You can also enable/disable features per protocol. Your preferences are saved automatically.
